Calilo Australia Returns and Exchanges Policy
Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
Please note the following items cannot be returned for change of mind reasons:
- Earrings
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards
For health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind on any earrings and hair accessories. We kindly ask that you review the description of our earrings carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable for change of mind reasons.
You are welcome to return other items to us within 14 days of purchase.
General Returns:
Items (Necklace, Bracelets, Rings & Anklets) can be returned within 14 days if they are in original, saleable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable for change of mind reasons.
Faulty Products:
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. If your item is faulty, such as missing stones, we provide the following options:
- Replacement if the item is currently in stock.
- Store credit equivalent to the amount paid if the item is out of stock.
When reaching out to us, please ensure to include your order number and photos of the faulty item. Kindly fill out our returns and exchange form for all faulty item inquiries.
For any further questions or if your situation does not align with the descriptions above, please email us with your order number for our assessment.
Please note that all claims for faulty products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are made at the discretion of Calilo Australia.
Sale/Clearance Items:
There is no refund or exchange on sale or clearance items.
Recommended Action: We highly recommend taking pictures or videos of the product when opening the package for faulty product claims.
Special Offer Adjustments
BUY2GET1FREE Deal: If you return any item purchased under this deal, the deal will be void. A new invoice will be issued reflecting the adjusted prices.
How to Return or Exchange Items
Returning Online Purchases
By Post: Online purchases can be returned via post. Please package the item securely.
Note: We do not cover return postage costs. If you paid for postage in your original order, it will not be refunded along with the purchase price.
- If you received free shipping under the BUY2GET1FREE deal, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
Important Notes:
Notification: If you return products without notifying us, the case will be assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund will be at Calilo Australia's discretion.
